iceKore Mission Control

Welcome. Internal automation for iceKore, the Danish ice bath company at icekore.dk.

This is a private tool used only by iceKore staff. It prepares the company's own marketing reporting and bookkeeping: it collects advertising and website performance into a weekly report, files supplier invoices that arrive by email, and assembles ad creative from a shared Drive folder. There is no public sign-up, and it processes no data belonging to anyone outside the company.

Why it asks for Google access

Gmail — reads supplier invoices and receipts sent to the company inbox so they can be filed for bookkeeping, and drafts replies for a person to review. Nothing is sent without human approval.
Drive and Sheets — reads ad creative the marketing team places in a shared folder, and tracks which creative is running where.
Analytics and Search Console — reads traffic and search performance for icekore.dk for the weekly report.

Data stays inside iceKore's own systems. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
